oh wow brilliant details just like on all the others.
love the splash effect - and the height was about right, as well on more then a few occasions Lancs came home missing elevators or with tail or belly damage during those test drops - i have even seen film taken of a drop where you can clearley see the spray tearing a chunk of the lancs tail away and then watch it as it drops clear into the water.
The more amzing thing is that None of the Aircraft involved either Wellingtons or Lancs ever crashed despite suffering such critical damage.
What Mutt Summers and the others inlcuding Aircrew from 617 RAF Sqd did was a truly amazing aeronautical feet when you consdeir what they had to work with.
